RESCRIPT - #3 BODY, SCALA, CONTEXT - 18.11.2012

In this phase we got our site, Skovvejen in central Aarhus. The site is an elongate passage that connects the city center to the northern parts of Aarhus. It's used mainly by cyclists and pedestrians. Our prior focus on how to confuse the perception of depth in a passage was therefor quite given to continue with.

We used our light studies and translated the visual light frames into physical frames in an interaction with the context. Our intention was to make a passage for cyclists, pedestrians and joggers where the depth of the passage is dissolved.
